Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule 48 hours ahead of your appointment date. If you cancel an appointment within the 2 day window, additional charge may be made.

If you're not completely happy with our service, please reach out to us immediately for assistance. Remember, we guarantee your satisfaction, and any rescheduled cleaning can be arranged within five days of your original appointment at no charge.
