📋Our Service Terms​

These Terms of Service explain how Swifty Cleaning operates. By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information provided before your appointment.
If additional cleaning, rooms, or services are requested, or if the property’s condition differs significantly from what was described, pricing may be adjusted before work begins.
2. Payment Policy
Vacant Properties - Payment is required before service unless a Swifty Cleaning representative is meeting you at the property.

Occupied Residential Properties - Payment may be made before or immediately after your cleaning appointment.

Commercial Services - One time commercial cleanings are due within 24 hours of completion. Net 30 payment terms are available only for approved recurring commercial accounts or by prior agreement.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours may be subject to an additional charge.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 10 days of your service and we’ll work with you to make it right.
5. Carpet Cleaning Policy ​

For liability reasons, our technicians do not move furniture or personal belongings during carpet cleaning services.
Please have all furniture or items you would like moved cleared before our arrival.
6. Limitation of liability
Swifty Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Pre existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage resulting from furniture or personal belongings that were not removed before service
